Exhaust Manifold Warped

Hi all,

Took the exhaust manifold off the RX7 as I had a feeling it was blowing,
turns out the face which mates with the engine is warped...

I think the manifold might be a flea bay special, if I get it skimmed will this happen again? Also does anyone know who can skim it flat in Norwich?

Also the V band which connects the exhaust to the turbo was leaking, any tips for sealing that up?

v bands should seal themselves but any machine company should be able to make flange flat if they can hold manifold
