So, I have a small garage business, amongst other businesses, and I'm thinking at the moment of taking on premises, near Ely.
Now, there's a lovely big farm warehouse, with lots of room, that's perfect for me, but I can't quite make the numbers stack up at the moment.
So, here's the proposal. Would anyone in this area like storage space for a car, *and* access to the workshop, all for a pretty low monthly fee?
I'm thinking this might appeal to someone with a trackday car, and irate gf/wife who'd like the garage back to storing kids bikes and mowers, not a partly assembled caterham.
Any takes?

Security is pretty good - it's brickbuilt, with heavy duty roller shutters and plate metal doors. Padlocks are v heavy duty.
Access is from the open front yard, directly on the main road, and well lit, so nowhere to hide. It has the landlord's residence about 50 yards away. The building also has his workshop and farm machinery in it, so security is good. It's certainly in a different league from a garage or normal lockup. TO be honest, you'd need a welding torch or a tractor to break into it...
When we're away, we also have telegraph poles with concrete end lumps across the yard when we're not there. Needs a forklift to move them. We have one of them.
Costs, well, something like
