In my experience buy the very best you can with a blue chip firm or go to the other extreme; there is no middle ground. In today's terms SL's and 930's are

Hmm

Cobra - yes, love it

Viper - No, not my bag

Ferrari - I came as close as negotiating on a 430 last year when I decided not to move house, unfortunately I now am and am also glad I dont have one stuck up my arse! 360 has dodgy cambelt business so would need to be a 430 which is too much money, and also not old enough for the purposes of this. I want retro

I would go American Muscle Car.....Cobra although technically not American is awesome just have a look at DJ Stoprtscars in Harlow website or facebook pages there is a stunning bronze one there ! I saw it in the metal last week when I was in Harlow I was nursing a semi all the way home thinking about that LOL.....

I had a Trams am proper Smokey and the Bandit version a few years back 6.6 litre shaker hood full T tops etc........wasn't what I would call fast but the torque it developed was huge fun could lay down 11's quite easily and the sound track oh yeah Big block V8..........

Also on the sensilbe side parts are so so cheap for Yank stuff.......and you can build them yourself like meccano....
