Small one's are more juicy
Just thought i'd have a quick look in this thread... and i've just lost a large chunk of my morning - car looks amazing
Must say I am genuinely in awe as have always said mk1's should be kept standard looking but yours is the first i've seen which i'd change that opinion for.
Admire the optimisim of when you first got it too - not sure if i'd feel comfortable using a trailer bought that same day to trailer a car long distance heh

popped into the unit on my way home from work today
i'v been a real chump lately and not shown any love to my cars or had a great desire to do anything to them, that and being bloody busy with work
anyway opened the door looked at the old girl and had a little spark there again
so battery turned on fuel pump on pressed the button and she fired into life
oh i missed that noise and must get it to uncle rays dyno asap

It's easy to lose the love mate, I should know. Having a unit miles from your house is a mixed blessing too, but at least you're busy at work so that may help 'fuel' the next inevitable round of spending (Uncle ray's being part of it). It's just a matter of time before the CAE shifter makes the long journey from Europe and the two best Golf's I know (yours and Mike's) will move on another level.
Nice video buddy. It was like going back to the 90's
