whats going on?
Gents,
I've found this piece of concrete miles (well yards) from anything, and have been informed the owner might be agreeable to some sort of autotesting type activity.
It's ten minutes from J7,M11, and as can be seen by the scale is about twice the size of the old area we used at Snett.
It's constructed of concrete squares, and was part of an old WW2 airfield.
It's not billiard smooth by any regards, but should be ok for what we have done previously.
Two questions.
1. Is it close enough for people to attend?
2. How many would be up for an evening or a weekend?

Just google mapped it and got some more info.
Distance wise It's;
Cambridge - 38 miles.
Ely - 52 miles.
Norwich - 90 miles.
Kings Lynn - 82 miles.
Lowestoft - 102 miles.
Thetford - 60 miles.
The area of that pad is also 147x35 metres. So like you said, it's a good size. Would be an idea to have a look at its physical condition.
