Just a quick report on the day , the weather was great probably a bit on the warm side for the track but i aint complaining . For me it was good and bad , the good was that the new exhausts easily passed the noise test @ 98db and on track the front suspension tweeks worked really well . The cambers at 2 deg with straight to slightly out toe , and i also changed the ackerman point as it was way to far back . The steering arms needed 10mm of shims to get them in the right place , but its made the turn in so much better . the bad is the brakes with the warmer weather they were going spungy after 2 laps and near the end the rears were so hot i think one of the axle seals melted . I got black flagged because of the smoke coming from the rear brakes , not sure why they got so hot as they werent draging . Anyway managed to get in a decent amount of laps although with the poor brakes i didnt give the engine as much welly as i would have liked . Span off on the back of the infield due to the rears locking up and i have it on the gopro , so be warned i will try to get on view . Thanks to Dave at opentrack and the ever excellent marshalls at Snetterton . And also thanks to Eddie for stopping to see if i had broken down in a layby on route , i had actually left my jacket and paperwork at home and neede to turn around . Pete:Chevy_anim:

Many thanks to EVERYONE who came along.
It was a great night and seeing the Camaro again was superb, during the day there had been another track day company and some of the marshalls said it was so boring to watch Mx5 and Rx8's all day long .

I love all the makes that come along on the Opentrack days and we had everything from Camaro to Eddy in his Metro, Porsche 911 Turbo's Bmw Z4 Subaru's the lot.

On nights like this it makes everything worth while.

And again Many thanks !

One thing i would say is that when we got to the track the Garages were locked : again this is due to the "other company" charging
