Been really busy this first half of the year, but my scoob gained a fuel pressure reg and a remap recently. Figure below was before that, should have a bit more top end now. Once my sporting event of the year is out of the way (ironman, 1 July) I'll have more time for cars and meetups!

Depressingly i tried adding up all my cars hp thinking that i could say more than 1000! and be smug. But i fell short!:frown: I guess the 80hp merc and the 68bhp diesel combo van didn`t help much.:D

Good thread though rob! I belive that the name of this site is still relavent. We are still a competitive focused site, Populated by responsible adults. Yes this recession has been going on far longer and deeper than im sure any of us could have imagined? And i belive has affected just about every living person. I agree with Harry and hope that one day when there is some money about again? We can resume normal service and all spend our spare cash on go faster parts for our toys and track days etc.
Lets hope that those folk who lurk around the site will come out into the open when (if) things get better economically in the future?

You know the Clio's been faultless (once the steering rack was properly held in place) from day one, however its just not got under my skin... still its kept work and back from being soul destroying but im taking part with the MG Midget which still holds the record for grins per mile of all my cars.

And ive actually been working on it.

Image I made that arch with my own fair hands a sheet of steel and a welder :)

maybe it needs a thread...

+ it puts me top (bottom) of the antipower league....

Don't be so sure- my Punto daily hack left it's factory with an optimistic 60 Italian horses back in '98. :smilielol5:
Finishing off the Ford ;)
