there was a report in fast ford not so long ago and they reported that there
was just over 200 GT's left in the country as i believe the GT's were made
in batch's of 5,000 in each colour, nordic green, smokestone blue, silver, red,
white and douville blue so production of 30,000

done some TLC on the car last week ready for classic ford show at santa pod yesterday, (report & pics later)

sorted out the passinger side rear arch as its solid and i want to keep it this
as everyone knows a ford loves to rust:sifone:
surface rust on the lower arch

rubbed it down, rust treated and primed it up

all painted up and stonechipped behind to stop any damage from stones

saturday collected my bumper and bonnet, my brother sent them to a old friend
of the family that i had not seen for about 10years
then fitted them to the car along with my side skirts
the wheels were fitted the weekend before

it has been 18 months since the car last look like this and in that time i really did
for out of love with my car hating how it looked before but now that is all
forgoten cuz i finally have my car back to the way i want:party:

Looking good mate. Did the GT originally have the vented bonnet or is that a mod you've done?

its a 4x4 cosworth bonnet ive fitted mate, they came with a long nose bonnet so the grill would have to come out as well.
the GT sierra is so far away from what a GT spec should be its unreal as it has no toys on it at all but that dont bother me as it makes the car light not having them:sifone:
