I had a look at the series a few years ago when I had the M3. At that time the entry requirements weren't confirmed and I would have had to put weight back in, and that together with unclear costs added up to me deciding against it. Tommy with the M3 ran in it with Chris and seemed to love it. Let's face it, racing versus trackdays is like comparing apples and lemons. Pros and cons to both but if I could afford the costs and the time, I'd be in like Flynn :)

Go for it......how long before you wheel an Evo out instead though? (not yours or Logan's but a more standard one)

How strange. I decided to check in this forum for the first time in probably over a year and I find myself mentioned on page 5 of New Posts!

Stuart is right. Chris and I ran the '328M' in the series last year and did two races - Snetterton 300 and Oulton Park. As a first timer into racing I found doing the TDT made it really easy because the Club MSV folk treated everyone as expected - first timers! So they were really helpful but also understanding when mistakes were made.

We also found great value in having Bubble and Kick Racing there as support since we're both mechanically inept. Obvously, this won't be a problem for you.

In terms of the buzz, I remember at the time it was sooooo much greater than trackdays. The high was huge!
