Done  I'll make sure the biscuits are good ones too ;)
Fitted the dished MOMO wheel tonight and it is indeed a thing of beauty (Simple things please simple minds)

lol... Teach me to read the whole thread!! I thought that was your car in the pics and you were asking for guesses on how much it cost you to have that done.... unfortunately my welding skills are a bit too rusty to attempt that, as much as I like coffee and decent biscuits :D

Gutted :) I thought that my worries were over ;)

No problem Martyn; I would be happy to cut the floor out but it's the welding that scares the life out of me. I am sure money will be sufficient motivation for someone

Currently in the process of refurbishing the Revolutions and they are going to look OK. I am hoping (fingers crossed) that the tyres will be on by the weekend, just in time to get destroyed by 100hp on Gary's dyno :D

I think you have to be 100% committed cutting the floor out mate. Especially if you want to sell it later on.

Just my 2p.

Good point mate, and one that I have considered. I think the car is cheap enough to have a go but need to establish the ball ache and costs involved before I open her up like a tin of sardines.

The car is great fun now. Just imagine how fun it will be sitting another three or four inches lower down :)

Just the small matter of painting the others and then popping down to Uncle Mike's with some bits; this will be post Eschdorf just in case I end up getting distracted by an 80's German hatchback or two :)

No way that these are as low an offset as the 5zigen's but they are nice in a retro kind of way, light and the tyres are fun (185 vs. 205's) Need to get the seats done next and then it's time for a play.
