I did buddy! As i couldn`t find a bleed screw. I filled it up, Started it up with the heater flat out on hot, Then waited for the thermostat to open and carried on adding anti freeze/water until it was proper hot and the fan kicked in. At first i put the water dripping from the bottle down as over spill. It was only when it had been running for a quite a while and i put the cap back on (so obviously built up presure) that i could see the water leaking out of the seam.
Minor problems aside it still makes me smile though.

I am realy pleased at how well the seats have come up.

Even the boot is now spotless. Although i had previously spent ages getting all the crap out of the carpet pile.

Les has spent the last two days working his arse off cleaning cars here even managing to do the audi inside and out and Em`s mazda as well.

I think if Les hadn`t helped me out my head would of exploded! I`m still flat out busy helping my mum and see no end insight and the cars needing a good spring polish was realy pissing me off. So if anybody on here needs their car given the showroom treatment i can highly recommend they get intouch with Les.;)
Back to the golf,
Yes there are still lots that need doing to it. I have new plugs and leads on order for it and they should be here tomorrow. The plug leads buck the trend with all things golf being cheap!
And i realy hope Trev doesn`t forget the alternator on sunday?;)
