I'm pretty sure it will do the job :) I might have to change the pads as Gary did mention the DS2500's can cause a problem. For the time being I'll stick with them until I plan some track time :)

Same here mate :) I can't see any other reason why it would be struggling to take the timing it should be. I'll chuck in a new set of plugs although I can't see that being an issue. Only other things that I have thought of are an ECU/sensor issue which I'm sure Gary would have noticed, or I dropped a bolt in it without knowing :headhack:

It's going on the ramps again tomorrow to check the disks with a dial gauge as well, plus to check I haven't left anything loose that might be causing the wheel wobble :)

Just need to get this lot welded together to finish the IC pipe and it's ready for round 2 :D

Last thing to go is a set of Tomei adjustable cam sprockets which are on the way from RHDJapan. Gary can fit those, I can't be trusted with something that critical :smash:

Please Mr Gary sir, can I have another one of those ally fittings please :smash:

It was all going so well, all done except the threaded part and the last little bit just won't weld, just keeps going scabby :( With the continued attempts it's got hot enough to fuck the thread as well :svengo:

Bloody annoying as I'd hoped to get it all done and dusted today, but it all needs doing again, new piece of pipe on the way from ebay.

Fucking ParcelForce, 1 day to travel 6000miles from Japan to the UK, then 5 days to have a piece of paper stamped before it can be processed :banghead:
