Finished installing the brackets today, and quickly bunged the lights on just to see what it's going to look like

All that needs to be done now is all the wiring, fabricating the mounts to bolt this to the roof. (Which means taking the interior apart just to remove the head lining

) Then work on a CB and GPS mount to go on.

Plenty of lighting, especially if I get stuck at night in any night time skirmishes

With this portable lighting rig fixed atop your Garage sized 4x4, your economy is going to reach new depths. Single digits now?

Lools awesome mate, but ffs take at least a saw, if not a chain saw if the Paj is wearing that laning or on a pay and play day or you'll lose those lights and bend the rack

Will have to ferry it over to you when I'm not fucking about with the truck

It no doubt will drop in MPG but then again it never goes over 60mph

Good work - mate got his disco 2 proper hooked up at Bures pit lasst weekend, no windscreen, rear side window or "moon" window (in the rrof at the rear) by the time it was free. The moon one went cos he bent the roof lol

Saying that, other bloke I was with rolled his suzuki and another one his range rover bobtail - good days off road

I bet that was pretty eventful. Would be good to have a little jimny to abuse fully. Don't mind the odd scuff but wouldn't want to put the Pajero in a position where it could topple over

Still, will give the pay and play days a shot.
