How does the thickness look mate? Tough enough? Conformable for bends in the material? Pics? :D

what thickness did you use jon ?
Mine is 3mm thick. I've smashed into kerbs and speedbumps and just bent it back to shape afterwards, really is awesome stuff.

A really fine jigsaw blade makes it real easy to cut to shape.

i'v started on it and have to say im well impressed with the material.
certainly easy to cut with a jigsaw

and i played about with an offcut and how does it bend like that

tomorrow should see it done, only problem is the sump sits a bit lower than it like it to :(

Looks like a a good material, can your sump be chopped and extended at a better height have to mod the kit car pinto sumps in the same way?

its going to be freezing in there and only have a pathetic electric heater

i could go and get some gas for the space heater but its bloody greedy
one big bottle lasted 2 days last year
