Received a note from Marc tonight in the post which was nice :) It confirmed our booking and included a little 'Happy New Year' card. He only had us down as arriving Friday and coming back Monday, so I have advised him of the extra days and already heard back from him so we are all sorted

(just waiting on a price per head)

Mike, are you bringing anyone? I need to let the campsite now.
Trev, I have you down as bringing Jamie- is that right?

Anyone else 100%?

Eurotunnel booked for Rob and I; a far more leisurely time of departure from the UK and the same time as you guys coming back

Obviously you will arrive in Eschdorf hours ahead of us but Marc has reserved all of the area at the end of the campsite as per last year. Just let him know that you've arrived and please allow enough space for Rob's Audi and my tent (similar size to Rob's Audi but wider!)

Genuinely, little school boy style excited now!! :D

Didn't spot you mate and I even had to rewind a couple of times cos I thought I'd clocked the hat or the shirt :)

I loved the video Trev, really loved it. I like the attention to detail and loved the way the captured the depth of organisation, the quality of the management and the build up of teams and drivers.

I forgot just how quickly they got the cars through. Every 25 seconds for three days, a race car would blast up the hill. Simple as that!! I think we had two stoppages all weekend....you try that in the UK
