Bushes are no surprise on a BM, but a pita to do depending which ones they are. Usually the rear subframe & arm ones.
Tyres and shocks are an easy fix, but not cheap.
Emissions is the awkward one. Could be a number of things.

It's fighting me this car!! It has taken me 4 hrs to get the wishbones off one side this morning!!!! Every bolt is being a pain to undo and I can't get the ball joints off so going to take it into work and use the press!!

Bloody cars but we still all love them!!!

:) wrong time of year to be doing stuff like this mate. It'll be cold, can you put a heat gun on it to help warm up the joints etc ?

Drivers side is all back together passenger side is in many parts!!! Got the wrong shock absorber delivered so will have to get that changed before that side is done. Found a split pipe from the Maf to the throttle body (new one on order pick up tomorrow) so hope that was the cause of the high emmissions if not possible lambda???

Don't know why they're getting the shock wrong, it's not as if they kept changing its design. (To my knowledge anyway)
The split pipe sounds promising mate, I had a split pipe on my old one and it ran like a pig till I fixed it.

The engine runs really well just a pain about the emissions going to give it a real good blast on the way to the retest.

The shock that is coming is old stock (M Sport) the ones that have been delivered so far the shaft for the top mount is about an inch shorter than the one I have!!!
