Adele (E38 7 series)

Post by Stuart »

First and foremost, this is NOT a build thread. I have no intentions of modifying it (truly) This is just a cheap smoker for wafting around in over the next few months.

Looks a bit like this, but nowhere near as pimp :)

The 7 series has been on my shortlist for years, and I've decided to take a punt. It was bloody cheap to buy and I know it won't be bloody cheap to run, so I'll have some fun with it and see what happens.
It has 18" M sport parallel alloys
Big fat V8 with a tiptronic gearbox
Orient blue with grey electric leather
A massively over the top spec list and nice condition overall.

When we get some daylight I'll clean the hell out of if (this will take two days......it's massive) and get some photos up

Fuel economy is a bit scary after the Cupra but hey-ho. I must admit I did think about the Jason Statham comparisons I'm likely to endure when I roll up at work tomorrow.

Suits you sir

I had a 735 many years ago, but had trouble seeing over the steering wheel lol.

These are great value, shame about the price of fuel.
