I remember driving my old GTR and going from Jap-spec hard as nails Bridgestone's, and then going over to something like Dunlop Supersports; nothing special in truth but a very noticeable difference and I didn't have your sort of power. A lot of guys rate the RSR's on heavier cars like S15's and M3's, so maybe that could be a realistic option. Either that or dig deep (again) and get some Advan's on there

Frayz............what sizes are you running?
Just checked Camskill for 225/45/17's (my size) and the price difference between RSR's, AD08's and R1-R's is only a tenner per tyre, and the RSR's are out of stock.

Which Advans Stu? AD08?

I think the RSRs are dirt cheap for the performance TBH.

Yeah AD08
To be honest, I have read nothing but great things about the Federals. Stock seems to be a bit of an issue with most suppliers which is a shame. Camskill have a hell of a deal on R1-Rs in my size though, and I would be seriously tempted by them for the money (

225/45/17 mate
Camskill are doing the deal and they always seem to be so much cheaper on Toyo stuff. It may be worth keeping an eye on their site in case bud.
