Yup, I personally thought they were proper shite! And that was on the road only.
I had them in the rears at Silverstone Sprint and you could see they weren't getting any heat into them, swapped them out for Cabotech XP8's and as soon as I breaked you could hear the rear pads biting into the disc. Bluestuff just felt like a blocks of wood with naff all bite. Not impressive....
If Harry wants some decent pads I'd head towards Alyn at AS performance (he deals in PF and a few others) , he will see you right, or again, or own APT will help ya, think Gary can get most stuff. I've tried most manufacturers of track spec pads now and I'd say, go either Pagid Blue, PF .01 or Carbotech XP8.
Carbotech Is the best pad I've every tried but its mega dusty and also if not used hard can squeel. (never had that issue myself

But I would say, don't just go with the cheapest, it'll be worth your while to spend an extra few quid, you'll enjoy the car more and get more out of your track experience as it'll give you loads more confidence.
I can confirm that the EBC Blue is not for road use and i am supplying Harry with another set of Yellows that he has been happy with.

Thanks to everyone who has commented there are some terrific views on what pads to use and I hope it has also helped others make an informed decision on what they want from their cars/pads and braking performance, I have decided to stick with the yellow stuff (thanks eddy) for this TD season I have found them to suit my driving style (not a late braker) and will take a wider look next year when I decide what I want to do with the car and of course me.
