One thing I have noticed on many forums is that it's better to call KM rather than using their online quoting system.

One of the few things i like about being 46 is how little i can pay for car insurance and i dont tell my boys how much i pay because i feel bad for them . All i will say is that what my boy paid per month for his scooby insurance was about the same i pay per year for MOT + insurance on a V8 , also its pre 72 so free tax . middleage isnt to bad , although cheap insurance aint a good reason to look forward to it. Make the most of it Pete; my age is the reverse of yours and they wanted a hell of a lot more than the previous year, so changed insurer and got a good deal from Flux there does seem to be a lottery with insurance perhaps you need to look around every year?

There could be a new approved vendor on the forum soon. They were dearer than the Go Compare quote but the quality of the insurance was far better and still a reasonable price. I think overall they could be well worth a call come renewal time as they have no issues with modded cars, imports and anything that seems to trip up other insurers.

An update in due course.
