Yup, I'll be there, hope they sort the traffic a little better this year.

Well, (just my personal opinion and experience) we didn't bother turning up on Sunday, went saturday, couldn't find a decent place to watch anything, now the chicane has gone we didn't see one exciting overtake just a few people spin off. The new raised viewing areas are good for seeing the whole track but tbh it felt like you were so far away from the action that I would feel more excitement watching the M25 at rush hour.

The only place that it looks like you could get to see some action is montreal but thats so far away that you couldn't see it!

Sorry, just very disappointed with the "improved" Snetterton

Disappointed to hear that Chris......most of the people I spoke to this weekend were raving about the new layout?! Did you try the section closest to what used to be Sears? That was recommended to me by staff at the circuit.

We tried watching from palmer but the propper raised viewing area was closed so had to stand on the lower section of it, watched from the raised part at agostini and wasn't impressed, good for watching the entire circuit but too far away from the action to feel part of it and finally watched from murrays and got bored... tbh by that time we couldn't be bothered to walk all the way round the outside of the circuit.

It's a shame really, I'm all gun ho about snett usually but not so much now, might be nicer to drive?

It's wierd, most of the people I spoke to weren't impressed either... mixed bag I guess.

Got to agree about Russels, there is not a lot of chance into Murrays now :( But did see a few passes into Agostini diving up the inside, and Hamilton does look properly tricky, saw a couple throw it off there.

Good day out though properly sunny and interesting to see the Camel Louts car up close with the covers off runs a Motec M800(iirc) ecu.
