Matt..........I know you said interesting but you have to admit that it wouldn't be the most obvious choice of my 25k!

Can you imagine the resale options for that?

It probably wouldn't be my choice for that money either, just thought it was unusual and innovative. Probably a fraction of the build cost too, but thats irrelevant.
