ok ben , no worries ,its not the most advanced scope in the world but it works fine for me . runs off 2 aa batts and has a night vision torch built in for a bit more illumination .
you can also use it as a day scope too if you keep the cap on .

my scope clarity is about half way between pics 1 +2
the pics in order are gen 1 ,gen2 , gen3 , gen4

this pic shows reticle , 2 lines with inverted triangle in middle ,taken at 8;15pm

this pic taken at 8;30 pm car is approx 75 yrds away

this pic taken at 9pm house is aprox 75/80 yrds away
