My first go around a track and its great fun , i only live 3miles from Snetterton and i should have been on it sooner . Its a very friendly atmosphere and i liked the track layout and the new viewing bank . When i first got there i was worried by the number of caterhams as iam in a big heavy car and i didnt want to be getting in the way but they seemed to cause enough problems by themselves .To be fair they were fast and i made the mistake of trying to follow one into a turn only to realise camaros dont corner like caterhams , i didnt do that twice .The only downside for me was a missfire that i couldnt get rid of , the motor sounded great when it worked , least it lasted the day . The auto box did ok as well i could put my foot down and change it into first gear on the sharp left hander after coram that got the revs up . The brakes are knackered and i think thats the next thing to spend money on . Pete:Chevy_anim:

Ahhh so now i can put a name and face to the car, after stopping you in the pitlane and telling you how stunning your car is... If you ever sell it let me know.. I love it!! Many positive comments about it over the course of the day!! :D

Had a great day yesterday had a few good laps where it was a bit like an 80s flash back with me in the Bm 2 Pug 205s and a couple of old Porsches.

Car goes soooooo much better now I have the LSD fitted but has now highlighted the fact that I need to get some better tyres. The Toyo T1R's just aren't up to the job any more!! Got plenty on time on track perhaps a little too much as I have completely worn out the pads on the rear!!

With a few more tweaks it will be out Mighty Metro hunting again!!

Yes Rob, as i said on the day, your car seemed to be a vast improvement. Looks like i may have to do some more work on the Metro to stay ahead lol.
