Had a really good day today expect my poorly results. I suppose it serves me right for trying to get extra horses with something as silly as a bottle of NOS :D

Cheers Gary and Danny for giving up your Sunday :)

I'll get some photos up later.
Tony.

Fair play Dan
Another well organised event and a pretty good turn out; far better than I expected. Thanks to Gary and Dan for their excellent service. To get that amount of cars through, largely without aggro, bearing in mind all of the different drive train types was good going.
We had some respectable figures with John/Mirage coming in top with 496 in his GTR, pretty sure Puggsy was second with 466, Scott/Drifter with 426 (Update these figures if I recall wrongly guys)

Dan and Rob S came in at bang on the money and both seemed suitably happy. As Dan has eloquently pointed out, I was about 15% down on power. Never has a lightweight NA MX-5 speed so appealing!

I wasn't the only left muttering swear words though, as Russ and Andy W were way out too and poor old Rob B couldn't get a figure full stop; his Haldex 4wd system stopped play but I can assure you all, it felt bloody quick on the road

A great first meet of 2011. Thanks guys

Great day. Thanks to APT for hosting. Nice to speak to some new people. Shame about my missing 40 horses! Better start looking for that boost leak then!

Yeah, it was good to see a positive turnout and thanks to Garry and Dan for their efforts comforting to see that the fueling is ok for the next TD not unhappy with the figures 271.7 was pretty much what I thought, but we all hope for more, interesting that I was only boosting to just under 1 bar found a loose wire on the boost system when I got back so I will see what it boosts to at Snetterton on Thursday.
I know Russ was pretty miffed with his figures but the car really pulled strongly on the way home seems it is running very rich on idle which is causing some issues

Thanks for arranging today guys ! Was great to put names to faces.....Thanks for the great feedback about my car ! I know Soarers are not that common or popular but I love mine and was pleased with the 303.8bhp Good baseline and quite heathy for a 1995 car....now to up the boost and make it more lively......Looking foward to the next meet.
