Same here .

It sounds like a shed load of fun and something i'd like to come along to have a look see. Are there any events local to sufolk/norfolk in the near future?

If you guys have any sort of competitive bone then you'll love Sprinting!

Loads of dates localish throughout the year, all you guys need is to join a Motorclub, circa

Sprinting is epic. Pick your venues carefully and you can't go wrong. I miss it and hope to back, up and running in the near future. Cheap to get started and as much of a challenge as most people need.

Nothing focuses the mind like lining up at the line knowing that you have one hot lap to set a genuinely fast time as soon as those lights go out!! I have goosebumps thinking back to Cadwell in 07 (or was it 08?)

For me, Sprinting dicks on trackdays big time! Similar to what Stu says, its the concentration and focus you need to pull out a fast lap, and the fact satisfaction of getting quicker each run!

Big adrenilin rush for me. trackdays, after i learn the track i just get bored and am just wearing stuff out for no gain.

That's exactly the thing that annoys me about trackdays. After the adrenaline has worn off I'm usually looking at a bill for another set of tyres, another O&Filter change + the extreme wear on the car, Not to mention
