What gets me is that Students campaign about fee hikes to a point where it gets violent, and thats a very small percentage, and it gets quite serious, which is great as they get their point across.
But something like this that is crippling small businesses and affects every single one of us, and is a non stop winging point people are prepared to sit there and take it from behind every time..
and if someone wants to protest and start, count me in.

I am pretty sure that online petitions do fuck all.
They have been around for years and I am sure the amount of effort that goes into completing them is reflected in the amount of notice they get.
You imagine the 'power' of 500,000 people rocking up in Westminster? That may get a few people listening........it'll never happen though; too much effort required!
If it's important to people, it's got to be worth doing something that will count?
