i am absolutley fuming about this (others in same boat)

there are 3 tyres available to us

1, pirelli p zero dont do them in our size
2, pirelli p zero rosso dont do them in our size
3, pirelli p zero nero in our size but id rather run bloody nankangs

as you say jon these are going to feck up after one session
this is going to be a unfair advantage with people like ourselves that carnt run a 18" wheel, the tyre looks like it will over heat after 2 laps.

I'v just checked them Tyres and they don't even do a 15inch tyre so in screwed. :(

You're not alone there mate, some competitors from last season can't enter this year because of the tyre sizes:frown:

Alan has told me that Gordon is not happy with the tyre choice.......me and Alan have already talked about this and plan to run 888's for all the Ford events. If our lap times are slow people won't say 'it's because of the tyres'. they'll just think Gordon has put his name on a slow car.....not good for buisness.

The new website has been launched and so far only 2 entrants and a distinct lack of pro tuners.......

All but one of the pro tuners are not signing up until something is done about the tyre situation. Price, available sizes and choice:willy_nilly:

Quite a few guys who run 16's or 17's have said, No Way will they run on Nero's.
