Ok guys my subaru MY03 sti has developed a knock from the rear end i am planning to investigate over the holidays but i think it maybe the rear suspension saying it has had enough .
Anybody have any good/bad recommendations/experiances on what replacement options are available to me .
This will be for mainly road use with the occasional trackday .
many thanks

everyone of my subaru's (albiet classics) all had nsr suspension failure
if your going coilover route then i think bc are worth a try, coud not fault them on the pulsar plus i found they adjusted better than the couple of sets of teins i had (softer settings)
its a minefield

Small one's are more juicy
I've lost count of the NSR shocks i've replaced for our customers (it's a real problem on newage scoobs). It usually starts with a knocking noise followed by the shock dumping it's oil out and then the spring snaps due to a lack of damping force offered by the shock.
I've fitted quite a few sets of BC's (i also use them) and find them to be superb value for money + they have enough settings to use for a comfortable daily drive to a hardcore session on track.
