BigPower is now on Facebook

Post by RobCallow »

As a few of you already know BigPower is now on Facebook. This is by no means a replacement for the forum but is a tool to promote the forum and to attract more like minded people to join the forum

I have set up both a Page and a Group to help promote the forum.

This is where you guys come in. I feel the page is going to be the best way to promote the site as you can add links, events, photos and video.

What we need is for members to go to the Page and click on the "Like" button at the top of the screen. Then from here you can "Suggest to Friends" they can then look at the page and choose to join if they wish. If we all do this we will hopefully attract more like minded people to join the forum.

The group is more for members to keep in contact with each other as if you add a friend to the group they will automatically join and some are not too happy about it (I found this out pretty quickly!!)

So over to you guys start spreading the word. :D

Yes well done Rob, although Hattie and I may curse you as Jason doesn't get Facebook and aa swearbox would be a very good idea, very profitable I think.
