The Bigpower Bike - aka - MkII Golf 1.8 Gti

Post by Ben »

My 1988 MKII 1.8 Gti is up for grabs. Now this car has belonged to four of us on this forum and she's not let us down.

I bought the golf from Jason at the start of the year and run it at marham and snetterton a few times and it's been ace fun all the way.

So we have a 3 door MKII, stripped to an inch of it's life, awesome coilovers (intrax RS - thanks stu), bucket seats, shiny blue steering wheel, harnesses and an orange VW badge and not to forget a set of TSW Hockenheims. She is a couple of shades of white with added rust enhancements, only a few surface area's such as bonnet lip and tailgate (She comes with a spare set of doors as the drivers door has seen better days) internally she is a rather healthy beast.

since I bought the car i've had fitted ...

The suspension is Intrax Ben. A top quality brand retailing at way over a grand.

Best of luck with the sale mate.

Previous owner stupidly lost the service history - but I've serviced it since I've had it.
