Chaps what can i say but it was a Superb day. Nice Cars : Nice People : And a great Dry track at 11.00. It remained dry until a few spots at the end of the day however that did not slow up the Gt3Rs who was lapping on a empty track as the flag fell at 17.00 hrs

It was a great day and i have to say a BIG THANK YOU to everyone from BP who came along and supported the day. It was great to see so many types of cars on the track. as you know we had everything from a Metro 6R4 to Arron in his Astra ;-) 1.9tdi ( just kidding ) .
But to be honest it was just great watching so may cars & drivers having a good timeout there.

Here is the link to some of the Pic's of the day ( there are still some more to upload ) and my favorite car of the day is below....... i have always loved these ever since i saw Tony Pond driving one in the RAC Rally a fair few years ago as a Lad.
But again thanks to everyone who came along.

Also just so you know ....... Opentrack Track Days is now on Facebook with idle chat and entertaining video so come on over and say hello.
Thanks for all the support.
Dave.
Link to the photos help yourself and have fun.

Dave you a legend , What an amazing day and thanks for the pics your a true star .

Really refreshing going on an opentrack event as its all about you the driver (customer) and not like the more comercial profit focused events.

Thanks again mate .

See you at Brans.(which i still need to book ;-)

I also had a great day.

Driving standards were generally very good with few novices.

Great company in the BigPower group.

Highlights of the day were playing with Ray and Andy. Both very capable drivers and well sorted cars. The Metro struggled on the straights, but held it's own on the twisties i think.

Some very nice machinery there like the 6R4, GT3, Duncan's Impreza to name a few.

May be my last outing of the year, but a nice finish.

OK, my videos are online,

The first ones were on a greasy track, with Trevor Wright (Phils Dad) on board. Slow to start with but built up speed towards the end.

This one was a short fast run until I run out of petrol. I had Phils 80 year old grandfather aboard and he loved it!!

These were with tom aboard, the one who made me stop because he felt sick. The first one is short because I had a little off and just wanted to check the car. The second one features Sasman and Bigbimma.

The last few laps before the camera battery died, unfortunately it happened before I caught up with Eddy.

I noticed that, especially through Charlies, lots of people weren't holding out late enough for the second apex.
