1/4 mile Metro

Well, you may have seen from some other threads that i took the trusty little Metro down the strip for a laugh.

I wanted to take my new one, but due to someone putting an incorrect gearset in it it was not right.

On my first run, i warmed the tyres and did this.

I had Gary's Performance Box in, but had it set on Acceleration instead of distance mode, but the result was interesting.

I only got one more run due to a Honda blowing up on the track and then it being rained off. The other run was a little slower at 14.8 due to wheelspin, but i was more than happy with the first run

This is an incredible little car.

But what was the guy in the ti playing at? that is running about the same power as my old black one, which i was miff with for only managing a 14.7 on the crappy surface at raf alconbury!

Only a 5.8 i am afraid mate. Must try harder lol.

Perhaps the guy in the Ti needs more practice. It was quick though.
