Bugjam

Post by Nik »

I have been invited by my brother-in-law to go to Bugjam next weekend (23-25 July). I have never been before so I thought I would go along and see what its all about. I have booked the day off on the Friday so that we can get there for lunchtime and start the weekends camping and frivolity nice and early.

Anyone else going?

Nik, If you have never been before could we have a report of what its like now? I used to go every year and last went in 2003 by which time it had gone well down hill thanks to the influx of skater boy types. Thefts and pick-pockets along with quite an un bugjam tense atmospher spoilt things for us. I hope it has returned to its former glory of being a total giggle with everyone there just having fun ( and getting totaly pissed out of their heads) All loosly based around a passion of old veedubs. The comedy tent on saturday afternoon was always a must! (although back then you came out passive stoned whether you liked it or not:eek::D) I hope you guys enjoy it? I bet at least one of you come away with a yearning for something air-cooled? ( i came home one year with a combi:blush5:)

Noel's caddy and the 11.3; was that with him driving or James?

Glad you had a nice time Steve, there were a few other attendees from the forum but they are all too slack to post up :D

Thanks for making the effort Steve

The 11.3 was with James driving, Noel did a 11.9, he then gave it a quick clean and entered it in the show and shine!! I'll find out later how he got on.
