I liked the in car footage and shows how well you know the gear shifts too. Silky

I still reckon my Golf would have you and the GT though

The black 3 door with gold MO's (Think they are MO's) looks absolutely spot on and to be honest there seem to be a large quantity of nicely prepared cars at these one marque meets, judging by this and the VW one recently. How did the rest of Gordon's cars get on?

Also, can someone find that lad that's put the Nissan CA18 into the Escort and give him a slap for me. It's just wrong

It's worse than that Stu. That nissan engine is in a mint MK1 cortina:headhack:. There was also a MK2 Escort RS2000 with a vauxhall red top engine fitted.

Nice video by the way Alan as that's the first time i've seen it.

The next show at the pod is in June...classic ford show the MK1 won't be going but i'm sure Al will be there thrashing something down the strip.

The fiesta didn't run but the escort did a 11.4 or there abouts even though the guy throttled off by where we were parked up. He also had an evo that was up and down the stip like a yoyo, started in the 14s and by the end of the day got down to a 13.8

what is your car cappable of down the strip then?
as i say to people i go against its not about times its who can react the quickest and get to the end first:smilielol5:
that black cosworth did look sweet on the gold rims.
