Not going to do much more till I get it on a rolling road, no point wasting money on a new head etc if there's not enough return.

Rob, I meant to mention; whilst you're up in Suffolk, could you bring those tyres ;)

Joking aside, you should try and save up some cash for some cams. In the 16v 2 litre, same as yours, cams are supposed to be good for near on 200bhp with the right fuel and map.

Spooky I've just emailed you about them....I can't bring them up as we will be 5 up in a 4x4 mate.
I can bring them half way during the week if it helps, I'm working a late shift Tuesday and could bring them up in the late evening.............

i belive its best to use 1.8 kr cams in the abf head (as a cheaper alternative to the likes or kent/piper cams) something to do with the mk2 not having a cat
but im sure you have done your homework and know all this anyway
