I always have them on mute, its either some kids music or some kid thinking he can rap

Havent played COD MW2 on the PS3 though so not 100%.
Damned annoying the setup for voice stuff on the PS3 in comparison to the xbox, easier just pulling the headset plug out of the controller on the 360
