My V2 helmet is not going to be delivered. I eventually got hold of the owner (Steve) and basically he has said its hard luck and not his problem. He has sold stock but doesn’t have the actual stock to fur-fill the orders. He proceeded to hang up on my and will not answer the phone.

You boys seen that there is an Evo 6 in class C11. WTF? That bloke David Daniels who had the 6R4 replica. Surely he should either be in our class or the new Modified Production class which ever one that is now??? I'll have to ask and see!

The class system for sprints is a funny one, much more strict than a race series and dependant on the club running the event as well.
For example, my kit car, less than 20 built (or is it 20 in one year? can't remember) so I have to run sports libre rather than limited production/kitcars class so not much chance without slicks, stripping everything etc etc. One of my workmates want to put better suspension on his TVR hand has to go into either sports libre or modified limited production whereas there is an evo that runs in limited production with 500odd hp, sticky tyres etc and trounces everything!

It's all rather quiet on here. Maybe everyone's quietly confident. Or still pissing about trying to get their car ready for the 7:30 Scrutineering time
