It IS your old accusump so you know how big it is! There is no other space in the car so I will have to find somewhere to fit it behind the engine above the exhaust

Just got my custom radiators, all copper/brass for durability rather than lightness!! (and cost!)
Mockup:

2 core Charge Cooler Rad:

3 core Engine Coolant Rad:

The charge cooler rad fixes to the main rad with the fans bolted onto a mounting flange on the front of the main rad. The flaps that are on the main rad are also to fit the cowling to guide the flow from the front grill openings
Got some fibreglass arriving later so will make the cowling out of that :D

Quick update, the engine has oil, water and fuel for the first time since November 2008, it even turns over! Hopefully it will just be a case of assigning the crank and cam patterns then a few quick trips round the village to run the engine in :D

Forge Motorsport are just up the road from me so they made some custom tanks up for the header tank and charge cooler tank:

A pic of the Rad(s) installed:

And....... it breathed life for 5 seconds (although it sounded like a bag of bolts) but life none the less!! (you'll have to excuse the mess in the background as I got so excited I haven't tidied up yet!)

Right, no more leaks (I hope) it starts, ticks over when warm and bedded the cams in with little problems. Early indications are pretty quick pickup but the gear selector decided it doesn't like reversing at the moment so can't really take it on the road yet :(
