I think Gerry has done these before, I know he's done Carlimits stuff and raved about it; as far as the BP day goes, it's certainly an option.

You're not wrong:) I've done a few of these with Lotus on Track and they're great fun and very cheap through LoT.

Carlimits is Andy Walsh's driver training co. and he's very good, ex Benneton test driver iirc. or was it Williams? Whichever F1 team, he's no slouch and a nice bloke. Whether or not he would attend is a bit of pot luck with LoT but the other guys who run it are very competent.

ABP day would be brilliant fun. LoT days are usually Fridays and generally each month.

Are we going to organise something similar?

Why not. I'll see what numbers we would need to make this viable and then upload it is a confirmed thing was I know we can cover ourselves; it will be BP attending Andy's event so it will be his financial risk or he'll just sell the other places on to other people.

Email sent to Andy asking about individual and group bookings, exclusive hire and dates available. I'll keep you posted :)

I've been to one of these as well, great dayout for the price and as said Andy is a top instructor. I learnt more from him than i did at CAT Driver Training. They do these on a regular basis, check the car limit's web site. Just for the fun of hooning around, it's worth it. Don't know if i'll be home, other wise i'd book up.
