Is there any games on the PS3 which cover cadwell and the other uk tracks ??

Sadly i dont know of any games on the PS3 that has Cadwell. (Unless you have the 80gb one with backwards compatibility and you can play the original Toca games)

Not sure about others like Ferrari Challenge, V8 Supercars and so on, but im pretty sure they dont have Cadwell.
If you want to have a blat round and learn UK circuits, your best shout for the moment is something like R-Factor on the PC and download the circuits and many will say that R-Factor is streams ahead of the generic racing games on the PC although ive never got used to it. Also you dont need a mega 'whizzy' PC to run it.
