Oh yes but that the easy jobs done! I`m itching to see if i can save the quarter panel. I think if i can get that dent out of the C piller then it should be ok? I do wish i was feeling more nimble though!:(

I have been busy over the last couple of days with this little project. Started off tuesday morning getting it into the garage to tackel some of the dents.

I then shot off tuesday evening to pick a pair of doors and a bonnet off a black 182! So this has cut the amount of repair work. Yesturday was a bit shorter as i had to fit in real work around this.:D But i did still manage to get the servicing on it done including fitting new front brakes. I just went for standard at the moment.

Can you spot the difference between old and new?

Today was the day of M.O.T!!! And i finaly got to drive it. It passed with flying colours and was a great drive home from the station:D The only problem i have found driving it is when you gun it hard ( i did`nt break the speed limit- honest gov!) the exhaust fowls the anti roll bar

I am quite happy with how the dents have come out.

Tomorrow it goes for its v.i.c so i get to run it the hundred or so miles on the round trip.:hurray:
I think its looking much better than it did just five days ago?
The list of things to do is now much shorter and after tomorrows out the way i will have to go a bit slower at it as i have to get on with other work.
The list of thing left is
skim and paint quarters
repair and paint nearside front wing
fill and paint dents in roof
replace dog bone bush to see if this cures exhaust banging.

Thank you guys! But its still been rather easy so far as most of its been just panel swapping. The fun will be in repairing that front wing:thumbs:
