only in the loft due to my tiny house. When i move i may want it in that loft :-) I just thought while you want one you could use it and you may find its not to your taste. Or find you want a better one. I understand the worry of breaking it though, up to you but i don't really want to sell it.

ebay item 390149669691 looks just like the york one to me, maybe they'd post one. seem cheap enough
mk1 escort, supercharged.

Thanks Woody (pm sent)

Well, first stage has been completed. I picked up a Cross Trainer machine from my big Bro last night.

Essentially, it's the old model of this one and I have to say that after testing it tonight, it looks like being a great investment

Tanya and I both did a ten minute test each and it highlighted just how unfit I had become! I'll be using this on it's own 'til I can find a rower and then it will be used alongside it. Together with massively altered eating and drinking patterns, I'm hoping I can turn my health and fitness around.

Thanks Rob.

The stuff is still going string after a couple of years and never misses a beat, although I must confess I have only used it a handful of times !! :D :D
