Trev, did you type in 'dogs dinner'? Jesus.......

I must admit I was smitten by the drive of Gerry's so I can see what all of the fuss is about. To be honest though, I think I'd have been equally smitten after driving most of the cars owned on the forum. I do miss driving something fun on the road. A good incentive I guess

I should stop torturing myself really; get into something new :)

Back on topic, these cars represent great value for money I think.

Bloody hell Trev. How'd you find that? It's sensational. Don't let Russ see it, he has his heart set on an Evo. Innit FFS :ttiwwt:

I'll speak to some guys tomorrow, they may know of one personally.
Good luck though Russ, usual finders fee applies (PAX lap :) )
Thanks Rob! The first is a no go (literaly!) and the second is a very nice car, although i would like to find one that has had sensible mods ie in the uprated brakes and a few engine tweeks?

Russ you are causing quite a stir as usual lol.

Me thinks you are changing cars as you keep getting recognised everywhere for your helmet faux pas.

Good luck though mate.

I have spoken at length to the young lad that owns this one- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MITSUBISHI-LANCER ... 3a577fdae6 Hes only 22 but does seem to know his evo`s! It does have some realy good bits, but other than the body damage, it has no working alarm (cat 1 needed for my insurance) and the tyres are not brilliant. So time i`d sorted all the bits that needed doing would it still be a cheap car??

That is well within budget is nt it?
If it is a genuine car, that'll be awesome when done.
Shame it's such a long way away.
The right car will crop up, you may well have even found it!
