mhmm too right :) me and the nurse we're just so shocked, she said she's never seen such a drastic change in weight due to dieting and excersise :D i think my doctors going to shit a brick ;)

Without much in the way of exercise, probably more to do with cutting down on drink and eating more sensibly, I've managed (more by luck than judgement) to get down from 19st to 17st 11lb when I weighed myself on Friday.

All I need to do is to redistribute my mass more evenly.

That's the big thing about diets, you actually notice what's being consumed rather than stuffing your face for the sake of it. I went on the Atkins diet and not only did I lose weight, I felt so much fitter too. Being a committed carnivore I rather enjoyed the Atkins way despite all the scaremongering.

Stu, maybe your sudden reduction caused your overalls fall off and why I've just found them in the back of the car :rolleyes:

I do hope no-one reads anything into that and can assure them, we are just good friends :shag: :D
