Decent rowing machine

Post by Stuart »

I'd hoped to have sourced one by now, but alas, people have been a bit sketchy in the way ads have been phrased. Oh well........

Essentially I'm after something that will take a large chap throwing all he can muster at it. I would like a decent brand so something along the lines of Tunturi, Bremshey, Nordic Track etc

Cash waiting or happy to do a deal on other stuff (car related)

What do you have? :)

Thank you so much.
I'm finding my own fitness difficult enough to take seriously without you adding impetus to that same point :)

If the rowing machines are anything like the running machines, I can recommend the Nordic Track!

I take it you've looked at Ebay? I did when looking for a running machine, and in the end just bought new as the warranty was worth the little bit extra. Motor is garanteed for 10 years!

Stu,
I've got a large clothes rack (aka Nordic skier) sitting in the hall just getting in the way. Cost

You dont HAVE to listen to Bronski beat when you go on it, and as for tea, you'd only get a bloody Mcdonalds on the way home anyway!

That's very kind Ian, thank you :)

If it's only sat in the loft, why not work out a price that you might want to sell it? I think I may well prefer to buy something outright (rather than borrow one) just in case I break it!
