F1 2010 - Launch Season

Post by maff »

Ferrari -

Interesting looking car, I know it has to carry a lot of fuel, bit its nowhere near as tightly packaged as the last one, quite fat round the hips. My guess is the lots of cooling as theyre batteling to make back the power deficit to the Merc engine. Its definately got the redbull nose ridges.

Predictions:
This is going to be the year of ferrari imploding in on itself.

Massa is good enough to upset alonso, which will lead the mclaren-esq situations at ferrari, which ferraris upper management is to young to sort out, montidictatori will step in to help, alsonso will stomp out in a huff before mid season, at which point massa will crack and theyll be left running fizzi and badoer.

McLaren vs Redbull for the championship with Merc wishing theyd not jumped ship, and comming a distant third.

Webber will win it.

Button will be neck and neck with hamilton.

Hulknberg will end Barichellos carear, by scoring more than twice as many points as he does.

Campos will be last of the last and Virgin will make it to midfield.

Think that about covers it :Wack:

Interestingly, despite being billed as moseleys monkey Mr Todt, seems to have been making some sensible noises, getting shot of that prick Donnely was definately a good start.

Williams -

The 2010 Williams broke cover today aswell, far more sculpted rear end, by the looks of the single shot on autosport.... looking more and more like ferrari have spooned it.

McLaren -

McLaren - well thats the most radical so far... spurning the red bull snake hips, but a really interesting rear end tratment, almost side exit exhuasts and the conjoined dorsal to rear wing ala redbull. Quite small pods too, looks good.

:ttiwwt: Or better still, PICS

Virgin aren't involved or are they?

Button is light on tyres so may have an advantage.

Interesting observations re Ferrari :)

Webber? Don't think so.

Luffield complex after you go under the bridge?

Those cars are starting to look a bit purposeful now with some proper rubber

or the Ferrari International Assistance..

It wouldn't be a proper start to a new season without some controversy!

Wait till Lotus bring their car to the playing field!!
