update: just got home from the doctors and i have been approved for the tablets. my heart rate and blood pressure is down into the normal range :)

so tomorrow ill drop the perscription in to tescos and hopefully pick up the same day too :smash: whilst i was there we did a proper weigh in on the mechanical scales and i'm actually 21 stone dead so its not as bad as i thought it would be, but we've got alot of working out to do. Good job im refurbishing and rebuilding an old bmx* single speed to use ;)

*now thinking of it, we may have a project thread soon :D

so yeah, pretty pissed with that. but im still going to keep up with the healthy eating and excersise :) and tomorrow i'll have to phone up for another appointment so i can be moved onto a different brand of tablets, but yeah just what i need eh
