Cheers for the welcome everyone :D

I have the graphs at it was just currently mapped and finished. I will post them up soon, would ideally like to get it done as now had an oil change and different plugs, but I can't seeing it making too much difference!

Its only been on track once whilst being supercharged and was only running 187bhp @ 0.1 bar of boost!

Full Spec is:

Engine
Rotrex C30-94 Charger
Custom alloy Radiator
Custom Intercooler
Mocal Oil Cooler
Megane 225 injectors
ITG Filter
Custom mapping @ Rstuning
Matched inlets
Decatted 2.5" exhaust with two boxes.

Chassis
FK Konigsport Coilovers
Front strut brace
Powerflex gearbox mount
Vibratechniks Top engine mount
50mm widened front track

Brakes
Brembo HC Discs
Ferodo DS2500 Pads

Interior is completely stripped up until the dash.
Cobra Imola Pro & Clio Cup Seat with Sparco Harnesses

Planned Upgrades
OMP Full cage (Xmas Present :))
Braided Lines
Top loading throttle body as standard ones jam open :(

Car is only running Yoko Parada Spec2's at the moment but the R888's get put on if its try, but they haven't been out in a while!

Think thats everything

Cracking spec Danny. What's the safe boost level for that super charger and your internals? 0.1 bar hardly seems worth bothering with unless it's made an enormous difference to the torque curve. (Which I presume it has)

I look forward to seeing you on track with that soon....that will be awesome at somewhere like Cadwell, Brands or the Ring

It now runs at 0.5 bar boost! 0.1 was just what I had on the last trackday. There was another 172 that ran 0.6 on standard internals for 10k and driven hard and was still fine when he then built the stronger engine! I just keep having problems with sensors being blown out of the inlet!

Welcome DannyR. that's some spec there, top marks for doing something different.
Bet it makes some noise when the charger winds up!
Look forward to seeing it in 2010
