Now that sounds interesting :-D Sounds potentially better than putting fragile old RG500 lumps into prilly frames.

I miss my old 2-strokes too, funnily enough though I never rode one on the road except for the odd bit of illicit testing!

well went off to Scotland last weekend to secure an original headlight for my on-going EFE project (couple of posts above)

and whilst there ended up just coming away with the whole lot, this.................

whilst it wil most likley eventually lose its h/light to its "brother" in the mean time it means there's less hassle to keep it (blue/white one) on the road, and will just tidy the red/black one up for summer fun!!

in the words of the good ole Hazard boys, Yeee HAAAA

nope, got a new track bike to build for next year also.....................

need to get my finger out and sell the other 2x gsxr's i have

my missus still finds it highly amusing that i managed to get a whole bike, and that will save me money long term compared to trying to find an obsolete part (h/light) at extortionate fees..........

so gave up trying to build something new (getting stuck in the States for a week due to a rather large Icelandic Fag didn't exactly help the lack of time!!!)

have sold one of my bikes i put back to road spec, got the more std track bike to sell also and was all for cancelling the t/days when along came "another GSXR750" (think they call each other when their lonely!! LOL)
Very clean & huge spec incl. K-tech forks, Ohlins shocker, slipper clutch, etc. and just too cheap to miss - also helps i have known the bike/owner for the last few years so off we went clutching a bag of pennies and swapped them for this...........

spent today checking it over and adding a quickshifter, so off to play at Croft this friday
